Why does my ticket say pending?

Tickets are marked as ‘fulfilled’ in our system once we check you off at the door. This system is in place to ensure people aren’t re-using tickets - however if you are unable to attend, the order will be marked as fulfilled once the event has finished. Please note tickets are non-refundable. No physical or digital ticket is issued, through purchasing a ticket you are automatically added to the guestlist and checked in at the door.

Is this event 18+?

Age Policy: Main event: 16+ welcome (alcohol will be served under a Challenge 25 policy) After party: strictly 18+ only at a separate venue.

Is the dress code compulsory?

The dress code is just for fun - we highly recommend masks and dressing up in the spirit of Aether! We don’t recommend wearing anything too casual.

Is there a cloakroom?

Sadly, the venue doesn’t have cloakroom facilities. We recommend wearing light layers that are easy to carry, our apologies for the inconvenience!

When is the fashion show?

We suggest aiming to be inside the venue by 8pm to get a good view of the first show and by 9:30 for the second show - just in case there's a queue to get in. A full schedule will be sent out to attendees closer to the event.

I can no longer make it - can I get a refund?

As with any concert, festival, club night or similar event, we do not provide refunds for no-shows or unused tickets. We truly regret any inconvenience this may cause but must uphold our refund policy to ensure fairness for all attendees. Please feel free to pass your ticket on or sell it - all the person will need is your confirmation number or name on the door. We kindly ask for your understanding of this policy as a small independent business. Thank in advance for understanding!
