Is this event 18+?
Yes, photo ID is required.
Is this venue accessible?
Freight Brixton is fully wheelchair accessible with step-free access throughout the venue and on-site accessible toilets. Any queries regarding this, please contact the venue via email - brixton@freightisland.com.
Is the dress code compulsory?
The dress code is just for fun - we highly recommend masks and dressing up in the spirit of Aether! We don’t recommend wearing anything too casual.
Is there a cloakroom?
Sadly, the venue doesn’t have cloakroom facilities. We recommend wearing light layers that are easy to carry, our apologies for the inconvenience!
When is the fashion show?
A full schedule and line-up announcement will be posted to @aethermagazine in the coming weeks. Keep an eye out!
I can no longer make it - can I get a refund?
As with any concert, festival, club night or similar event, we do not provide refunds for no-shows or unused tickets. We truly regret any inconvenience this may cause but must uphold our refund policy to ensure fairness for all attendees. Please feel free to pass your ticket on or sell it - all the person will need is your confirmation number or name on the door. We kindly ask for your understanding of this policy as a small independent business. Thank in advance for understanding!
Why does my order say ‘pending’?
Tickets are marked as ‘fulfilled’ in our system once we check you off at the door. This system is in place to ensure people aren’t re-using tickets - however if you are unable to attend, the order will be marked as fulfilled once the event has finished.
