I can’t find my confirmation email. What do I do?

Please be aware when using Apple Pay or Google Pay, the email linked to that account will be where the confirmation is sent to. Please check these inboxes first (and your spam) to check you haven’t missed it. Please get in touch with us if you’re still unable to locate it so we re-send your confirmation email.

Is this event 18+?

Yes, this event is 18+ and will operate under the challenge 25 policy.

Is the dress code compulsory?

It’s just for fun! However, it is highly encouraged.

What is the difference between tickets?

Before 7pm entry is only valid before 7pm to enter otherwise there may be an additional charge on the door. General admission may enter at any time. Last chance may enter at any time.

Is there a cloakroom?

Sadly, the venue doesn’t have cloakroom facilities. We recommend wearing light layers that are easy to carry. Apologies for any inconvenience!

Why does my ticket say pending?

Tickets are marked as ‘fulfilled’ in our system once we check you off at the door. This system is in place to ensure people aren’t re-using tickets - however if you are unable to attend, the order will be marked as fulfilled once the event has finished. Please note tickets are non-refundable. No physical or digital ticket is issued, through purchasing a ticket you are automatically added to the guestlist and checked in at the door.

I can no longer make it - can I get a refund?

As with any similar event, we do not provide refunds for no-shows or unused tickets. Please feel free to pass your ticket on or sell it - all the person will need is your confirmation number or name on the door. We kindly ask for your understanding of this policy as a small independent business. Thank in advance for understanding!
