Why does my ticket say pending?

Tickets are marked as ‘fulfilled’ in our system once we check you off at the door. This system is in place to ensure people aren’t re-using tickets - however if you are unable to attend, the order will be marked as fulfilled once the event has finished. Please note tickets are non-refundable. No physical or digital ticket is issued, through purchasing a ticket you are automatically added to the guestlist and checked in at the door.

Is this event 18+?

Yes! Please make sure to bring ID as the bar will operate under the Challenge 25 policy.

I can no longer make it - can I get a refund?

As with any concert, festival, club night or similar event, we do not provide refunds for no-shows or unused tickets. We truly regret any inconvenience this may cause but must uphold our refund policy to ensure fairness for all attendees. We kindly ask for your understanding and support of this policy as a small independent business. Thank in advance for understanding!
