Vendor Stall fee for Aether Magazine Pop-up @ Gustave London 18.05.2024

If you have not yet filled out the vendor form, please do so here so we can streamline the set up process on the day,

FAQ below:

Set up time: 4:30-5:30 PM

Event Time: 6-11PM (You are not obligated to stay for the entire duration of the event of course!)

Parking: Offloading directly in front of the venue is allowed, however long-term parking will be the responsibility of the vendor (if you drive there!) as I cannot guarantee it unfortunately - apparently there is some nearby but it will be up to the individual on how they choose to do this.

Decoration: Vendors will need to bring their own decoration if there's anything you would specifically like to use for display. We have limited fabric and fake flowers that may be available but we cannot guarantee it!

Taking payments: Please bring your own method of taking payment - whether it be SumUp or you prefer cash, is totally up to you. If you are doing cash payments please make sure your customers know this prior to the event so they can make sure to bring it with them! There will be Wi-Fi available.

Space: You will be provided with a designated area and wall space behind it along with any chairs you may need. Additionally there are small tables available, if you would 100% need one please get your form back to us ASAP so we know as we have a limited number of slots available for vendors who require tables. The same goes for if a plug point is essential for you. Vendors selling clothing must provide their own rail. 

Lighting: We will have a few RGB flood lights dotted about along with some neons and candles, but the lighting in the space is on the softer/lower side , so if you need bright lighting on your space we suggest bringing a small light with you that can be placed on the table or on a surface nearby along with an extension cable.

Last minute cancellations: If you are unable to make the event for any sudden reason, unfortunately the booking will not be refunded. We totally understand unforeseen things happen, but as all the funds go towards event production, venue hire, decor and all the running costs, we will be unable to do so. As a small one-woman-run business I hope you can understand!
